There is no question that we should strive to find the perfect balance between the conscious and the subconscious mind in order to achieve harmony in our lives. The subconscious mind should be responsible for our basic physical activity, such as walking, as well as storage of valuable information.
The conscious mind, on the other hand, should only be responsible for generating positive and constructive thoughts to solve our everyday problems. This can only be achieved through daily monitoring of your thoughts and being in an awakened state.
There is no way to quickly get all the junk out of our subconscious mind that got there over the years, but the longer we work on ourselves to be in an awakened state and focus on collecting positive and useful information, the more our belief systems will shift and you will begin notice significant changes in your conditioning.
