What is your definition of logic and common sense?

  • Our whole life we have been taught that things have to be logical in order for us to have any degree of control over them. What is your definition of logic and common sense?

Admittedly, this is one of the biggest problems in our own lives, even as we continue to teach this course. It took us decades to understand that logic gets you nowhere. Obviously logic has its time and place, but if you want to get extraordinary results, you’re going to have to learn how to turn it off.

Every day we try to make logical sense of the events that take place around us. At the same time, logic is what keeps us running around in circles without finding new creative solutions to our problems. As a student of this course, you must accept the fact that some things in life do not make logical sense. In fact, logic can be detrimental to your success. In order to achieve extraordinary results from your efforts, you need to be able to “turn off” logic (this concerns men more than women) and put in your true love. What it means is that you focus on your lifework and forget about how you are going to achieve your goals. If you do this, you are guaranteed to prosper. It will not necessarily make logical sense, but the results will speak for themselves. This has been proven countless times throughout history by people from all walks of life.

Finally, if the world’s scientists relied solely on logic, we would still be living in the stone age. Video chat on smartphones would still be something out of a science fiction book and so would airplanes, electricity, television, Internet, and all the other technological marvels that we are so accustomed to. The greatest inventors and entrepreneurs of all time valued inspiration and insight a lot more than they did logic.
