There is a duality that exists in every human being.  The Ying or Yang, honesty or deceit, peace or war, the list is long.

Why you ask?  It just is.  In each of us is the ability to love or to hate.  To create beauty or to destroy.  Sometimes they occur simultaneously.

How can that be?  Well, first of all no one is perfect, so that is not what I am striving for you to look at.  So in order to attempt to address these dualities that exist, I want to talk about coming at a situation, be it relationship, business, an endeavor, or  life, with Spirituality in mind.

Everyone wants to experience positive states, but experiences negative states. TGL #15.

Every human being that happens to be in a sleep of consciousness desires to escape negative states, and to receive as many positive states as possible. Most likely you think that you need to get rid of negative states too. But what happens when you do so?

The main error of «seekers of positive states» is that they count on getting rid of the negative states, while keeping the positive. However, reinforcing the positive, you also have more negative as a result; and getting rid of the negative, you also lose the positive.

In reality, the positive and the negative are two sides of one coin. Strengthening the positive side of this coin, you automatically reinforce the negative side. Trying to get rid of the negative, you automatically get rid of the positive. Without the negative, there is no positive. That’s what we are going to discuss today.

Do You Want to Know Your Main Problem? TGL – 13

We always meet only with ourselves. If a thought pops into my head, someone will reflect it to me. Looking from that point of view—the world is not a collection of people and me, but i am a collection of people. There are many of us, but we are one.

It is very important to understand that other people are your mirrors. If I see that someone does not trust me, it means I don’t trust myself. If I see that someone does not love me, it means I don’t love myself.

The external world is a mirror. Your task is to see yourself in this mirror and to become aware of it. It only depends on you whether you will use this opportunity to get to know yourself or not.
